Hi, I’m Pooja Nayak 

I have spend years  working with parents who love their children deeply—but feel triggered, exhausted, or unsure in the moment.

I help parents understand why things feel hard, what’s happening beneath behaviour, and how to respond with more ease—without guilt, judgement, or pressure to be perfect.

My coaching is practical, compassionate, and rooted in emotional awareness—so you walk away feeling clearer, steadier, and more confident as a parent.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Sneha Chodankar is the founder of Mind Care and a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals through counselling and psychotherapy. She holds a degree in Clinical Psychology and is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Conversational Hypnosis, which allows her to integrate evidence-based psychology with gentle, client-centered therapeutic techniques.

Sneha believes that mental health care should be compassionate, ethical, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience. Her approach is calm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own pace.

Her work focuses on building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier coping strategies—going beyond short-term relief to support lasting mental and emotional wellbeing. By thoughtfully blending clinical insight with NLP and conversational hypnosis, Sneha helps clients gain deeper clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
